RATES & DELIVERY TIMES 

The shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout interface.Your order will be delivered in 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: We only ship orders to US residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or heavy orders. In particular, orders over 22kg and orders that are subject to cubing will be contacted for an extra postage quote.

USPS Deliveries by USPS can be sent to any residential or business address in the United States.

All courier deliveries ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, they will either leave your consignment in a safe place, or leave a calling card to collect at your local post office.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We will endeavor to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery; however, we will not be liable for late delivery by USPS. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Matchbox's obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated delivery point.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Alvacollins, you may return items sold by Alvacollins.shop within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

We are unable to accept returns of certain items, including:

-Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

-All returns must be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

-We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

-You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Alvacollins.shop does not refund shipping and handling charges.
